Construction and expansion works to increase spectator capacity and enhance facilities
The project involves the design, construction, completion, and defects rectification of a new 4,489-seat East Stand at Edgeley Park, Hardcastle Road, Stockport. The scope includes hospitality spaces, a roof and steel frame replacement and extension to the North Stand, enabling works, car parking, WC block, and associated infrastructure
The project is split into two phases, with phase one as described above. Future phases will include the development of coach parking, a new South Stand, and a western extension to the North Stand. These works will be procured through separate tender actions.
