The development prioritises high-quality public realm and landscaping to enhance residents’ health and well-being. It represents the first phase of a broader masterplan to transform the area into a vibrant and sustainable community.
The project faced viability and regulatory challenges, which required a proactive and collaborative approach to cost management.
Abacus worked closely with Capital & Centric and the design team to carry out cost option analysis on the site massing, arrangement, and project specification. This involvement helped to unlock the site’s potential and improved both viability and deliverability.
